Mechanic wanted:
Established Landscape Company in Canton MA is looking for an experienced and proactive heavy and small equipment mechanic.
• Full-time, year round position
• Must be reliable, self-motivated and well organized
• A valid driver’s license (CDL and MA Hoisting License a plus)
• Must have own tools, and be able to work flexible hours when necessary.
Primary responsibilities:
• Preventive maintenance of all fleet vehicles and trailers, heavy equipment and small engine equipment, snow plows and sanders.
• Diagnose and repair of fleet vehicles and trailers, heavy equipment and small engine equipment, snow plows and sanders.
• General maintenance and organization of shop, to include ordering parts, managing vehicle inspections, and scheduled maintenance.
• Moving of equipment to/from job sites as needed.
• Complete proper paperwork to track parts and labor for each repair.
Pay is commensurate with experience.
