I wanted to say how happy we were with the job Absolute Landscaping did for us. Everything came out really great and we couldn’t have enjoyed working with you, Aran and the rest of the team any more than we did.
You guys were our saviors when it came to our (pool/landscape/hardscape) project. I don’t know where the project would be today or how it would look if we hadn’t hired you guys but I am certain it wouldn’t look half as good and I would be having a nervous breakdown. You have given me renewed hope that not all companies are happy with mediocre work and even lower standards for customer service. With every other company we dealt with I had to be on top of every issue and if I didn’t hound someone to do something or think of something that needed to be done then it simply wouldn’t get done or at least not done correctly. You were the only company that was a step ahead of me for most of the project and ended up being the one company we could trust to do what you said you would and do it well. One thing that sticks in my mind that really sums up why we are so happy with the project is something that Carlos said when they were putting in the firepit. We had wanted the firepit to be fairly low to the ground but the kit is actually meant to be much higher than we wanted. So when I saw that the guys had made it higher than we would have liked I asked Carlos about it the following morning and was trying to get an indication of how hard it would be to remove a few rows and whether it was worth the effort. Carlos just looked at me and said “we just want to get it right and make the customer happy”. That attitude permeated the entire job.
So thanks again for making this portion of the project actually enjoyable and for going above and beyond on every aspect. There are many things that I can point out that went incredibly well during the project (Aran was absolutely incredible to deal with the whole way) but I won’t bore you with all the details. I’ll just say you guys did an incredible job and we are extremely happy to have worked with you.
