Brendan Healy — President/CEO
Brendan has been in the construction industry for 25 years. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Stonehill College. Specializing in landscape/ hardscape design and construction, he is certified in the construction of segmental retaining walls and in the construction of interlocking pavement systems (pavers). Brendan is also a Canton Police officer, serving since 2005.

Brian O’Toole — Vice President/Treasurer
Brian is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Brian holds a pesticide certification/applicators license with The Dept. of Agriculture that allows him to create and implement comprehensive lawn treatment programs. He also holds a hoisting engineer license with The Dept. of Public Safety. This allows him to operate specialized equipment, integral to being a full service landscape and snow company.

Melissa Healy – Chief Financial Officer
Melissa has worked in the investment banking industry for over 10 years, most recently in the Municipal Securities Division of Citigroup. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Stonehill College and an MBA from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver.

Laura Janelli – Office Manager
Laura has 15 years experience in financial services, always working hard to help her clients. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Stonehill College. Laura also enjoys teaching group fitness classes at the Stoughton YMCA and Council on Aging, and volunteering for Stoughton Public Schools.
